Abstract
Las transformaciones sociales han producido una esencial revisión de la contratación privada, en cuanto a la autonomía de la voluntad, y con ello, las reglas que rigen los efectos de los contratos y las que aclaran su contenido. Ello se hace relevante en las reglas de integración de los contratos, que, contenidas en las codificaciones decimonónicas, han sido descubiertas con posterioridad en los sistemas europeos, pero en el medio chileno aun es escasa su aplicación práctica. En el presente trabajo se analizan dichas reglas y los efectos de preterirlas. Se señala que es una norma común a los sistemas codificados, el contexto de la integración y cuándo procede ésta, el valor de la integración y finalmente su importancia en la adaptación de la contratación a la realidad económica y convencional moderna.
Social transformations have produced a critical review of private contracting, as to the freedom of choice, and thus, the rules governing the effects of contracts and clarifying its contents. This becomes relevant in the rules of integration contracts, which contained in the nineteenth century codes, were discovered later in European systems, but in the Chilean media is still limited his practical application.In this paper these rules and the effects of confining to the past are analyzed. Notes that it is a common standard for coded systems, the context of integration and when it is applicable, the value of integration and finally their importance in adapting the procurement of modern economic and conventional reality.
