    Análisis de un programa chileno de salud mental escolar desde el enfoque de fases de implementación

    El presente estudio analizó las fases de implementación del programa Habilidades para la Vida (HPV) perteneciente a la Junta Nacional de Auxilio Escolar y Becas, Chile. Para esto se utilizó un diseño mixto secuencial exploratorio descriptivo, realizando una triangulación de información desde el Stage Implementation Framework creado por la Active Implementation Research Network. Ello a partir de la información emergida de una revisión bibliométrica de la producción científica del HPV y hechos históricos del programa obtenidos con base en entrevistas semiestructuradas a tomadores de decisiones. Se encontraron 35 artículos científicos publicados entre los años 1995 y 2020, y una serie de hitos históricos comprendidos entre 1991 y 2016, que fueron analizados y clasificados en las fases de Exploración, Instalación, Implementación inicial, Implementación Completa o Sostenibilidad. Finalmente se identifica que el pro-grama demoró tres veces más (17 años) de lo señalado teóricamente (cuatro a seis años) en alcanzar la fase de soste-nibilidad, debido a una serie de factores contextuales, tales como: dificultades en la transferencia del conocimiento técnico a la práctica, financiamiento insuficiente y oscilante, coordinación nacional con pocos recursos humanos de-dicados a múltiples tareas y un desplazamiento del programa en la agenda pública.

    Assessment of the implementation of psychological first aid training: adaptation and validation of determinants of the implementation behavior questionnaire

    Objective: Psychological First Aid (PFA) is essential in emergencies and disasters. However, if incorrectly applicated, it can have negative consequences for the mental health of both those providing assistance and those receiving it. Therefore, it is important to have adequate tools to measure the implementation the quality of PFA training. The Determinants of Implementation Behavior Questionnaire was adapted and validated in a sample of PFA trainers in Chile. Methods: One hundred and one trainers completed the questionnaire translated into Spanish. The instrument was subjected to a process of item reduction to ensure its viability, the adjustment of the instrument's factorial structure to the theoretical frameworks used in the field was analyzed and its reliability was evaluated. Results: A scale with 18 items divided into 5 dimensions was obtained. The results indicated an acceptable fit to the theoretical model (χ2/gl = 1.106, CFI =.997, TLI =.996, RMSEA =.033). All dimensions showed good reliability (Ω =.668 -.793). Discussion: The instrument validly and reliably assesses behavioral determinants of implementation. An adapted, validated, short-form instrument will facilitate evaluations of the implementation of PFA training.

    Desde el adultocentrismo hasta el infantocentrismo: estudio exploratorio sobre participación en Educación Ambiental

    El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar la participación promovida por profesionales de la Educación Ambiental, usando para ello taxonomías desprendidas de estudios con adultos, niños, niñas y adolescentes. Mediante una encuesta online se involucró a 98 personas que trabajan en este campo en Chile y se realizaron análisis de contenido temático y análisis estadísticos descriptivos. Se asociaron sus respuestas a cuatro posiciones discursivas adultocéntricas y tres infantocéntricas, y se crearon perfiles de cada grupo con base en las otras variables de estudio. Se identificó que las personas con posiciones infantocéntricas tienden a ser más críticas de su práctica, llevan más años de experiencia en el campo y se desempeñan generalmente como activistas o comunicadores ambientales. A partir de lo evidenciado, el presente estudio da luces para la construcción de instrumentos de medición de la participación que sean más sofisticados, y concluye con aspectos que deben ser profundizados o subsanados en próximas evaluaciones.

    Exploring the nexus of academic integrity and artificial intelligence in higher education: a bibliometric analysis

    Background Artificial intelligence has created new opportunities in higher education, enhancing teaching and learning methods for both students and educators. However, it has also posed challenges to academic integrity. Objective To describe the evolution of scientific production on academic integrity and artificial intelligence in higher education. Methodology A bibliometric analysis was carried out using VOSviewer software and the Bibliometrix package in R. A total of 467 documents published between 2017 and 2025, retrieved from the Web of Science database, were analyzed. Results The analysis reveals a rapid expansion of the field, with an annual growth rate of 71.97%, concentrated in journals specializing in education, academic ethics, and technology. The field has evolved from a focus on the use of artificial intelligence in dishonest practices to the study of its integration in higher education. Four main lines of research were identified: the impact and adoption of artificial intelligence, implications for students, academic dishonesty, and associated psychological factors. Conclusions The field is at an early stage of development but is expanding rapidly, albeit with fragmented evolution, limited collaboration between research teams, and high editorial dispersion. The analysis shows a predominance of descriptive approaches, leaving room for the development of theoretical frameworks. Originality or value This study provides an overview and updated of the evolution of research on artificial intelligence and academic integrity, identifying trends, collaborations, and conceptual gaps. It highlights the need to promote theoretical reflection to guide future practice and research on the ethical use of artificial intelligence in higher education.
